Welcome to the FunctionAll Squared blog, the brand-spankin’ new, living and breathing part of the FunctionAll website.  Here I, Alex Luft, will have the honor of sharing wellness tips, tricks, experiences, and other topics of interest with you.

Why the name “squared”?  Since blogs and other online resources are readily accessible to a very large audience by their very nature (of being on the internet, which is accessible to millions), the amount of people that can be positively impacted by this blog is increased exponentially.  This increase is compared to me telling my friends, relatives, and clients about the things I will now write about here.  Thus, “squared” is just an estimate of how many more people can be reached and, hopefully, effected.

If you are one of my personal training clients, chances are I have already told you some of the things I write about here.  If not, you are more than welcome to read this blog, add it to your bookmarks, and also get the added benefit of talking to me about it in person; I know how much you appreciate that!
